MEET NICOLA WILLIAMSON

​As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2014, Nicola's goal has been to help people develop practices that calm the nervous system, improve mobility, reduce pain, and improve self-confidence.  ​Nicola incorporates a variety of practices in movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation to help each student adapt their practice, influenced by Yoga, Pilates and dance. 

Classes are small and friendly, and welcoming to all.

​

Yoga For All classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.

Gentle Yoga classes are perfect for those requiring a softer practice to aid recovery from illness, injury or surgery.​

Yoga For Balance classes are aimed at those wishing to improve their balance, worried about falling, or are recovering from a recent fall.

1:1 classes are available for those with specific requirements such as recovery from joint replacement, surgery, or are nervous about attending a group class.

Nicola is a partner at The Vitality Rooms in Chippenham where she has a calm studio space equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, bricks, belts and therapy balls.​

 

Qualifications:

  • Member of Yoga Alliance Professionals UK

  • Yoga Teacher Training 200hr

  • Meditation Teacher Training

  • Mum and Baby Yoga Teacher Training

  • Pilates Teacher Training

  • BA (Hons) Dance in Society

  • Emergency First Aid At Work

  • NCFE 2 Awareness of Mental Health Problems

  • NCFE 2 Falls Prevention Awareness​
